About NavNex

NavNex is a project based in the United Kingdom. It is not currently an incorporated company.

Contact: hello@navnex.net.

These terms concern this public website. They do not form a charterparty, a brokerage agreement or an agreement to provide access to a live chartering platform.

Information and demonstrations

The website presents NavNex’s product direction and illustrative chartering workflows. Screens and figures may show planned capabilities as well as prototypes. They are not live offers, operational instructions, verified vessel availability or a guarantee of a commercial result.

Voyage economics, feasibility checks, rates, vessel information, dates and settlement examples depend on their stated assumptions. Any real fixture requires independent checks of the vessel, cargo, ports, counterparties and agreed charterparty terms.

Buttons inside a demonstration do not send an offer, conclude a fixture, issue documents or move money. Requesting an early account sends an enquiry through your email application; it does not create an account or commit either party to a transaction.

Pricing information

The pricing presented on this website is a 0.5% shipowner fee on the freight of a completed fixture, invoiced separately as freight is earned and paid. The charterer pays NavNex no fee. Nothing is deducted from freight as a NavNex fee, and there is no fee if the deal fails.

Any actual use of a NavNex service, payment arrangements, cashback eligibility and commercial obligations will require separate agreed terms. This website does not collect payments or authorise charges.

Using this website

You may browse the website and share links for lawful personal or business purposes. Please do not interfere with its operation, introduce malicious code, attempt unauthorised access or misrepresent your identity in an enquiry.

Send only information you are entitled to share. The public enquiry address is not an instruction channel for vessel operations, banking changes or binding fixture communications.

Content and image rights

The NavNex name, website design and original content belong to their respective rights holders. Third-party photographs and other licensed material remain subject to their own licences. See Image credits for attribution and relevant licence links.

You may view and retain a copy of this website for reference. Other reuse requires permission from the relevant rights holder unless it is allowed by law or the applicable licence. These terms do not restrict rights granted under an image’s Creative Commons licence.

Availability and updates

We aim to keep the website useful and accurate, but it may contain errors or become unavailable while it is maintained. We may update the website, demonstrations and these terms as the project develops.

Nothing in these terms removes a legal right or excludes a responsibility that cannot lawfully be excluded. If something on the website appears incorrect, contact hello@navnex.net.
